Description
This resource includes a recording of a student exam preparation session on the novel Flames along with the PPT. The session shows students:

- how to identify and organise useful examples
- analytic approaches to thinking about characters, symbols and devices
- how to practise planning
- how to practise micro writing skills
At the end of the session, students will have practical strategies for studying and practising their essay writing skills on Flames.
